Passover Rolls

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 cup matzo meal
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 large eggs
Place the matzo meal, salt, sugar, oil and water in a bowl and add eggs one at a time, mixing well. With oiled hands shape dough into 12 small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2” apart. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
